Operating System has an
inbuilt feature of printer setting that users can use your their
printer easily, if it is offline. The setting allows you to save the
document, if you want to print whenever the printer is not connected
to the computer. And change it back to online mode, the computer
sends documents to the printer to print. The change from offline to
online sends print jobs without waiting directly to your HP printers.
The printer must be connected to the computer before you can change
the setting from Offline mode to Online.

Click on the Printer
menu in the window that opens, uncheck Use Printer Offline. Prints
all elements in the print queue for the HP printer.
